The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager DAI, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Incident affecting Google Ad Manager DAI

Incident began at 2025-05-05 20:40 and ended at 2025-05-06 21:00 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

May 6, 2025	9:02 PM UTC	The problem with Google Ad Manager DAI has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. All creatives serving via Adsense Line items in Ad Manager DAI VOD and Live pre-rolls are again playing with audio.
May 6, 2025	3:19 AM UTC	Google Ad Manager DAI service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager DAI, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. Most creatives serving via Adsense Line items in Ad Manager DAI VOD and Live pre-rolls should again be playing with audio, as the offending creatives have been disabled. A larger fix will soon be deployed to prevent a recurrence of this issue, after which the currently disabled creatives will be reenabled.
